Welcome to the C.I.M.S. Customer Download Center, your online, self-service gateway to the latest C.I.M.S. updates and patches. Here you can download new versions of the software, patches to existing problems, as well as other helpful software tools.

C.I.M.S. Customer Service Connection makes serving yourself easy and secure. To effectively use the C.I.M.S. Customer Service Connection we recommend that you either use Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.xx, or Netscape Communicator 4.xx with a network connection of 28.8Kbps or faster.


C.I.M.S. Installation Update.(39.5MB) This update contains the 32-bit versions of the Miscellaneous Data System, Product Code Editor, Warehouse Editor, and File Conversion Utility, as well as the Borland Database Engine, which is required by the 32-bit version of C.I.M.S.. Conversion of the remaining modules to a 32-bit environment is ongoing. C.I.M.S. update file for C.I.M.S. customers only. Requires Licensing Authentication. After completing the download, locate and double-click on the CIMS.EXE file. This will begin the installation/upgrade process.

*NOTE:The Installation Update also includes the updated help files. Therefore, it is not necessary to download both the support update and the installation update.


C.I.M.S. Support (1,483,835 bytes) C.I.M.S. help file update for C.I.M.S. customers only. Requires Licensing Authentication. Save this file to the CIMS directory. Assuming this is the C: drive, to unzip this file you would open a DOS prompt and type the following lines, pressing enter after each one:

c:\
cd cims
pkunzip support

When asked whether to overwrite existing files, choose "a" for "all". Type "exit" to close the DOS window.
